The Ministry of Labor of Family and Social Policy has published the latest Barometer of Occupations 2019. According to the report, the most wanted on the labor market in 2019 will be employees of the construction industry. Equally willingly, employers will employ such specialists as: operators of machine tools, woodworking and carpenters, locksmith, electricians, welders, electro-mechanics, tailors and garment production workers.
Staff shortages will also be felt by companies from the transport industry (there are no bus drivers or lorries over 3.5 tons), catering and medical care (there will be a shortage of midwifery doctors and nurses and people in need). In the service industry problems with finding a job should not have qualified hairdressers and beauticians as well as physiotherapists and masseurs.
The so-called surplus jobs, i.e. those in which there are more candidates than vacancies. On the national scale, problems with finding a job in their profession – due to the large number of competitors with similar qualifications – will only have economists.
